Some time ago, I did need to buy a building for my corporation but I did not earn enough money and could not purchase anything. Thank God my father proposed to try to get the loans at reliable creditors. Thus, I did so and used to be happy with my credit loan.

I believe the people living in the Akwapim mountains are well aware of the qualities and longevity of stone buildings. May I remind all those involved in the policy development not to waste resources reinventing the wheel because a great deal of research has already been undertaken by KNUST and BRRI. The government must also show leadership in this and ensure that a healthy quota of housing projects funded with public money uses local construction materials, not forgetting about solar energy.
