Afadzato South Assembly commissions 3 mechanised boreholes
In line with the President's vision of making basic amenities available to Ghanaians, and also in tandem with a core goal of the Human Rights Cities Project to ensure decent living conditions for all people, in all communities across the globe, the Afadzato District Assembly has commissioned three (3) mechanized boreholes in some communities within the district.

The beneficiary communities include Ve-Koloenu, Ve-Golokwati and Leklebi Kame-Kudzra.

The interventions form according to the District Chief Executive, Etornam James Flolu form part of an ambitious program to extend potable water to most communities before his tenure in office ends.



The DCE further entreated the beneficiary communities to device creative means or strategies to keep the taps flowing, advising them to ensure good maintenance culture of the boreholes.
