Agona Nsaba court complex inaugurated
The Chief Justice, Justice Anin Yeboah has inaugurated court building at Agona Nsaba in the Agona East District.

The project was funded from the District assembly common fund. The court will handle cases within the district and surrounding communities.

Speaking at the inauguration, the chief justice said, the new court will enhance justice delivery in the Agona East District and beyond.

He further said that the court, would also handle civil and criminal cases, and would bring relief to the police and especially people in the Agona East District.

He urged district assembly and court staff to ensure that the investment in this court is well protected. Every user of the facility must exercise utmost Care and treasure the resources spent. He thanked the administrator of district assembly common fund and ministry of Local Government and Rural Development for their assistance.

District chief executive, Hon. Janet Odei Paintsil delivering her speech said, she is pleased to be part of the opening of this District court because it has been one of the major concerns of the District.

The inauguration of the District court and the magistrate residence offers a glimmer of hope for a brighter and safer future as Agona East happens to be one of the few Districts in Ghana who have benefited from this initiative from the Government.

Okeseku Afari Mintah III, Omanhen of Nsaba Traditional area and also president of Nsaba Traditional council delivering his speech at the inaugural ceremony, thanked the persons who facilitated the building of this magnificent edifice which houses the District court.

He said the traditional council is particularly grateful to the family which graciously provided the land for the erection of the premises.

He also assured His Lordship justice Anin Yeboah the justice of the Republic that there is no interference by the traditional council in the performance of their duties.

Danso chairman of the central regional lands Commission, NPP constituency executives and information staff.
