Asuogyaman Assembly confirms DCE
Mavis Opokua Akonnor has been confirmed the District Chief Executive of Asuogyaman in the Eastern Region.

With overwhelming support from the Assembly members, her nomination was met with cheers and applause from the community she is set to lead.
The nominee who is a former Educationist known for her dedication and innovative ideas faced a smooth voting process before securing her confirmation.
Her vision for Asuogyaman, coupled with her passion for serving the community, resonated with both the Assembly members and the townsfolk.
In her acceptance speech she said “I am deeply honored and humbled by the trust placed in me by the people of Asuogyaman,”
“I am committed to working tirelessly to continue the work of my predecessor and also address the pressing issues facing our district and to ensure a brighter future for all.” She noted.
