Nkoranza MCE embarks on community engagement

Nkoranza South Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Mr. Daniel Owuredu has extended his community engagement to Nananom and the entire community members of Anama.

The purpose of his visit was to interact with the community about their challenges and the way forward to resolving those challenges confronting them as a community.

During an interaction, the MCE took the opportunity to explain to the communities about Government intervention programmes and policies that aid to eradicate poverty as well as lessen the burden on the citizenry, and encouraged them to take advantage of those policies and programmes.

He again advises the youth to refrain from violence, as it costs a lot to the government and the assembly. He argued with them to embrace peace and unity to enhance development.

Mr Owuredu pleaded with the community to halt the act of conveying their farm produce outside the Municipality, as it does not help the Municipality in its revenue mobilization to augment government's efforts in the provision of development.
