MP,DCE commission 3-unit classroom block at Marban

The Member of Parliament for Atwima Nwabiagya North and Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources, Mr. Benito Owusu-Bio and the District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area Madam Rebecca Yeboah including other dignitaries have commissioned a 3 Unit Classroom block built under the One Million One Constituency Project at Marban in the Atwima Nwabiagya North District of the Ashanti Region.

The MP, Mr. Benito Owusu-Bio speaking at the inauguration ceremony indicated that the newly constructed classroom block is aimed at creating a conducive teaching and learning environment for both teachers and students so that they can concentrate on their studies.

He further urges head teachers and teachers within the District to increase their commitment towards handling the pupils under their care in the District.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) Madam Rebecca Yeboah also urged the community members and the school authority to strive hard to maintain the facility for the benefit of the students and the community as a whole and also promised that the Assembly would continue to partner with the MP to provide the necessary development for the people of Atwima Nwabiagya North District.

In attendance were Mr. Abdul Salam Issah, the District Education Director, Mr. Frank Duah Boateng, Marbanhene, Assembly members, staff of the District Assembly, Nana Mensah Ababio II, who also chaired the occasion and many other dignitaries.
