Denkyembour: Assemblyman commends philanthropist over establishment of model school

Mr. Vincent Akorly, the Assembly Member for Boadua West Electoral Area in the Denkyembour District has comended a philanthropist and native of Boadua, Mr. Samuel Oduro for putting up the Presbyterian Model School in the area to help offer quality education for the people.

The School which is yet to be operationalized soon is expected to offer the girl-child special attention to improve their academic performance and prepare them for greater things in life.

Though completed, work is ongoing on the construction of a dormitory block to be attached t the school to ensure children who are from some distances from the school can be housed to benefit from the school.

Mr. Vincent Akorly believes the intervention by Mr. Oduro is laudable and a step in the right direction to help bridge the academic gap between the girl-child and their male counterparts.
